As you can see, I haven't had time to be around even my own blog. Saw it today, and will jump right on it :)



I have just finished reading Robert Wilson's The Hidden Assassins, and here are my 3 sentences:



We're not great believers in conspiracy theories in our own back yard, but when it comes to Russia it seems that anything is possible. There is a natural inclination, after such a catastrophic attack as this, to make comparisons to other terrorist attacks, to look for patterns. What we have learnt from the mistakes we made after March 11th is that there ARE no patterns.



A bit long though ...... LOL



I have to challenge someone, I will get back to that .... :)

Scrapjacked (Kate O'Brien)

This is a scraplift of Kate O'Brien. I just loved the simplicity and the contrast between black and white and color. I tried to do the same with 3 color pictures, and I picked 3 slighty different pictures and printed them in black and white. I probably need a new scanner, or start taking photos of my layouts, since the layouts get kind of pale and lifeless when they are scanned.

Thanks for the inspiration, I just loved the original layout !

Chaos

Yeah, moving is not easy, moving overseas is even worse !!!

Here are some of the crew that helped us get our act (and stuff) together. Everything arrived home safely (incredible) except for our garden table. All in all, I am not complaining :)

This layout is very inspired and lifted by Kristina Contes, as is a lot of the stuff I make.

I just love her style, her journalling and the way she puts everything together. She is my number one inspiration !
